Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the bgb33 website accessible at bgb33.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services provided therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bgb33 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's bgb33 Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bgb33 before processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the bgb33 Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all Platform operations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bgb33 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with bgb33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following: (a) the moment you access the bgb33 Platform; (b) the completion of your account registration; or (c) the placement of your first wager. These Terms supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between you and bgb33.

bgb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility

To register and use the bgb33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bgb33 does not permit any person under 21 years of age to open an account or place any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bgb33 Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by bgb33 as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bgb33 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or game providers.

bgb33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified will result in suspension of the Account pending resolution.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the bgb33 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. bgb33 may, at its discretion, require additional information to verify your identity.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bgb33 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where bgb33 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated balances, winnings, and bonuses will be voided, and all accounts linked to the same individual will be permanently closed without recourse.

4.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your bgb33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. bgb33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and bgb33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must promptly notify bgb33 of any change to the personal information held on your Account, including changes to your contact email address, mobile number, or payment method details. bgb33 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bgb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bgb33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Platform's Cashier page. bgb33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bgb33 Account from which the withdrawal is requested. Before your first withdrawal, and at bgb33's discretion thereafter, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. bgb33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of verification completion, though actual timing may vary by payment method.

5.4 Currency

The bgb33 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. All account balances, wagering activity, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied on the Platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

bgb33 offers a range of bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain games or bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — these exclusions are detailed in each offer's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bgb33 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets to exploit bonus terms; systematically exploiting promotional errors or technical faults; and using automated software or bots to place wagers in connection with bonuses. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and related winnings forfeited, their Account suspended, and any withdrawals pending at the time withheld pending investigation.

6.4 Seasonal and Market-Specific Promotions

bgb33 may, at its discretion, offer promotional campaigns tied to specific sporting events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournaments, as well as seasonal occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant dates in the Bangladesh calendar. Such promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms and availability criteria.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bgb33 Platform are final once confirmed. bgb33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the relevant sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming placement.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the bgb33 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. bgb33 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any such voiding, and the stake will be returned to their Account Balance.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games and live dealer tables on the bgb33 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and game rules. bgb33 does not manipulate game outcomes. 7.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgb33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, escalation to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic approach designed to guarantee profit by exploiting bonus terms or market inefficiencies.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed by bgb33.
• Attempting to circumvent security systems, account verification processes, or responsible gaming controls.
• Transferring or selling your bgb33 Account to any other person.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bgb33 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of bgb33 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without bgb33's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bgb33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgb33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether such claims arise in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

bgb33's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bgb33 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgb33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that it will be compatible with all devices and software environments. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

bgb33 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from: changes to sporting event schedules or results; force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures; or the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game studios.

Privacy and Data Protection

bgb33 collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bgb33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. bgb33 does not sell personal data to third parties. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by bgb33

bgb33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; identity misrepresentation; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that bgb33 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

13.2 Termination by bgb33

bgb33 may permanently close any Account that has been found, following investigation, to have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bgb33 is entitled to withhold any balance pending the resolution of the investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, they will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

13.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your bgb33 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any eligible remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on bonus funds.

Amendments to These Terms

bgb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bgb33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bgb33 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.3. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bgb33's operations. In the event of any dispute between you and bgb33 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via bgb33's customer support channels.

bgb33 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, bgb33 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, relevant account information, and supporting documentation. bgb33 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 28 days of receipt.
